What is the typical timeline from permit approval to completion?
Depending on your project size and scope and if your project stays within the city’s 10% footprint allowance, construction typically takes about three months. If you plan to expand, expect at least six months. We work closely with your architect to streamline the schedule wherever possible.
How do you minimize disruptions to neighbors in close-knit communities?
We follow city construction schedules and introduce ourselves to neighbors at the start of the project. We use fencing to shield views, enforce dust and noise control, and make every effort to respect the community.
How do you manage potential delays such as weather, inspections, or supply chain issues?
We build in contingencies for weather and account for supply chain fluctuations, particularly during peak construction seasons in the Palisades. Our proactive planning helps keep schedules on track.
